This animal testing facility survived the riots of the apocalypse because it is designed like a bunker and is largely underground. Security is top-notch because department heads were leery of protesters and animal rights activists. The sleek white lab has several floors. The sub-sub-basement consists of a large aquarium and animal learning, the sub-basement dealt with enhanced animals for consumption, and the basement had several rooms for testing different chemicals on rats and birds. The first floor houses a monkey room, primarily so that P.R. could show cute chimps learning with shapes while the more questionable developments happened below. |
| Inhabitants: |
Freaky mutts and mutants of all breeds. There could be monkeys intelligent enough to use firearms and most have taken up smoking as well as the drugs found in the rat and bird rooms. Most of the grotesque super-pigs(more meat) have escaped the sub-basement but some remain. The aquarium houses octopi with super-intelligence that have access to the sewers and run the facility. |
